VISION SYSTEMS
These are mostly implemented on a tangential belt to the bowl to achieve proper separation for the vision system operation. Rejected parts can be returned directly to the bowl.
COUNTING EQUIPMENT
You can choose to use either batch or individual counters. The system can work with slides equipped with a pair of pistons, or with barrier sensors installed on the horseshoe to count parts as they pass through.

PNEUMATIC IMPULSE INDIVIDUALIZERS
The oriented part is individualized with a pair of pistons. When the individualized part is released, it falls down a hose and passes through a ring sensor, activating a solenoid valve that releases a jet of air into the hose, sliding the part to the next process point.

In this case, we operate with a sensor and a piston, but we can adjust to meet your process requirements.
