FLEXIBLE FEEDERS
A cutting-edge solution for robots working with Conveyor Systems
The supply hopper provides parts to the conveyor, where a brush separates most of the parts. The conveyor stops so the robot can pick the needed parts. Once no more good parts are available, the conveyor moves forward and stops again for the process to repeat. The parts not picked by the robot are returned to the supply hopper to circulate again.
FLEXIBLE FEEDERS
Presentation system for robots with Vibrating Tray
Parts are supplied to the tray, where they are flipped and separated through different vibrations and movements, allowing the robot to pick the correctly positioned ones.
